Booked a taxi this morning at 9am with martini taxis to take me for a doctor's appointment at 12.20 pm... Taxi arrived at my appointment time.. This is not the first time I have been let down by this company. It's not acceptable... I won't be using again.....

Ordered a taxi with Martini to take me to a venue and collect me from the same place later on in the evening. The taxi who collected me was punctual and clean and the driver pleasant. However for my return journey I got the text to say the taxi was waiting outside but when I left the venue it wasn't. After numerous calls the driver informed me he was waiting at a different venue so I told him where to come and he said he was on his way. However he never showed up and I had to ring a neighbour to come and collect me. I am a woman on my own and was a little frightened hanging around. I think I will use another firm in future.

Does martini taxis have a direct contact email addy? Need t ask info regarding a pick up thts all so need t get in touch asap

Rude operators and terrible service. They said would arrive in 20 minutes but 45 minutes later we called and were told that the taxi had been cancelled as they couldn't find the street. They made no effort to let us know and the operator was extremely rude. I tried to book again and help with directions but they kept cutting me off. Called ABC Taxi's who arrived quickly without issue. Will never use Martini Taxis again and would suggest anyone who reads this calls another company.
