Rude operators and terrible service. They said would arrive in 20 minutes but 45 minutes later we called and were told that the taxi had been cancelled as they couldn't find the street. They made no effort to let us know and the operator was extremely rude. I tried to book again and help with directions but they kept cutting me off. Called ABC Taxi's who arrived quickly without issue. Will never use Martini Taxis again and would suggest anyone who reads this calls another company. 1000 characters left Add Comment
