Been into the shop today at Rotherham to buy 45mtrs of LTV flooring,walked out due to a member of staff with glasses on and a black trench coat been rude and not helpful at all,he does not deserve to work in a reputable shop,

More than happy with product, service, price and Stacey was helpful, even doid two delivery runs to my home. Would recommend their service.

Just started putting the floor down we purchased from the Rotherham store, I must say the service was excellent, they really go the extra mile to help. Stacey helped us from beginning to end, even delivered another pack to the door, can't fault the service and the product looks fantastic.
I would recommend this store and thank this lady for being so professional in her approach.
