After my partner and I split up, I needed a place to settle for myself and two children. Orchard helped me by finding me a home near the school and shops, so it was great for the kids as they could now walk to school and I could walk to work. They also allowed me to pay my bond in 3 parts which made it affordable. I would recommend speaking to Joanne who was very helpful.
