Wouldn't even give them one if I had the chance. Rude staff who clearly don't care about its loyal customers. We ordered a taxi and received no call back. We phoned to check on the taxi 10 minutes later and were told though, we should have stood and waited outside because sometimes the system goes down. I argued that this was not something we had been told and they had never told us this before, they again retuned with tough. I asked to speak to a manger, they joked that tjey were a manager, refused to put me through and hung up. Disgusting service, wouldn't recommended at all
