We booked A1 Taxis over a week in advance and promptly received a confirmation email, all good so far, the night of our Christmas party arrived but sadly the taxi we booked to take us to the venue and back didn't! We phoned to enquire as to the whereabouts of our booked taxi and the reply was "oh I'm sorry for the wait but we have to have a car in your area before the system picks up your booking!" so if you need to be somewhere at a certain time please don't bother to book with A1 taxis, you could be in for a long wait!
