They installed 5 windows in November 2015. The windows themselves are good - made by Bison, but Yorkshire Windows missed out a few components specified on the contract and the installation itself has left one window sill damaged and light leaking out from below the sill of a few of them. Over three months, and many e-mails later I'm still waiting for this to be sorted, the next stage will be legal action. I'll update this review should there be a change to this situation. I'm left thinking that the 10 year guarantee they offer can have very little value. If you do buy from them, suggest (i) you don't pay them anything unless the contract is fulfilled completely and (ii) get some legal insurance in the event of future problems.
